We build a team for you and with you, which converts your idea into a product. We always provide you with an A-team, which acts dedicated and long-term. Thus, we prevent know-how/IP loss and guarantee you a lasting partnership during the realization of the product.
Of course! Whether you want to start with us from scratch or expand your existing team - we are your partner when it comes to building managed nearshore tech teams. Therefore, your future team can build on your existing structures.
We select and build your team in close cooperation with you. The team members work only for your project and will not be randomly replaced by us. We guarantee the independence of your team by contract – so you won't lose your know-how.
We are fast. We can boost your project after a maximum of 2 weeks. After about 4-8 weeks, a part of your team is already working productively on the project. Depending on the planned team size and scaling, you will reach a team size of 6-8 people after approx. 12 weeks.
Due to team size, experience and technology skillset, this cannot be answered in a straightforward manner. But one thing is clear: we make the expenses transparent. They are always calculated based on the actual expenses each month plus a management fee for our services.
